First we need repo (in shared org, invite me as owner) and docs: roadmap.
What we are building:
• UI for creating graphic designs.
• starts simple: we have a canvas with defined art size.
• We likely use SVG, just edit elements inside.
• We can paste graphics in (or drop images inside), resize
• We track layers. Every pasted thing is its own layer
• We can generate layers from inside the app with nano banana + openai. Or even different providers to allow us to use for example models that support alpha channels and nice text rendering. Researching this will be the first task
• We can add text, shapes, etc. (support all svg elements and stylings)
• For properties of elements, it can start simple - having 1:1 svg props, css props

For now just create repo and docs - readme, roadmap and result of the generator models research.
